Wherever life has taken me, I have sought to “capture” moments, scenes and landscapes that have spoken to me in various ways.
I began taking photographs in my early twenties with a 35 mm Pentax K1000 – exposing/developing film and prints according to the tenets of Ansel Adams’ Zone System. While I no longer shoot on film (as much as I’d like to), I continue to strive to achieve the same desired outcome of the Zone System with in-camera techniques. The images posted here to date were shot on a Panasonic Lumix FZ1000 with 1-inch sensor.
It is the year 2026 as of writing this, and after 25 years of shooting, I have just begun to cull through tens of thousands of photos and chiseling out my portfolio. Images will be added to this portfolio frequently, but please follow me on Instagram for the most recent additions. *Prints are currently not for sale online. *None of my images are generated with AI.
